Zepto has been doing these bad practices for some time now.
Remember the differential pricing for different devices like iOS has higher prices than android. Yeah that was started by Zepto only.
Then they introduced packing charges handling charges on top of delivery charges surge charges and night charges. They are trying to loot in every single way possible. Better to use Flipkart Minutes. You are guaranteed to save atleast 10% on mrp. Or even Blinkit Instamart BB is good enough right now in place of the thieves that are Zepto.
