I was fired by my company. They told me to put resignation and they will pay me 3 months of notice period pay monthly like a salary, and i need to put resignation before it. I sent them my resignation email and my salary was deposited monthly after that and i didn’t even go for work.

I have heard cellbuddy before, not sure how reputed it is. You need to try contacting them again from another number may be. Try all contact sources. Check where their official head office is.

Take the phone to service centre and explain them the issue. They will check what’s wrong with the phone and tell you. Try calling CellBuddy or see where their official head office is. If nothing happens then move on since it’s not worth investing time and resources over this since nothing is going to happen.
