I tried to keep it short and precise. Basically, I took a loan of only 19000, they levied an extra interest of 10500 on it and I was supposed to repay it in installments, i paid two installments, now they’ve been constantly calling and threatening to repay the remaining amount as soon as possible, like i said, the due date is still 10 days away. I read more about it, I checked the reviews of the app on the appstore and turns out they really do harass customers and threaten to morph their pictures and send them to contacts. They call from random international numbers and even though I have Truecaller for filtering all the spam calls, i still keep getting them.
