What evidence do you have? Video ? Images ? Abortion report ? Send these anonymously to multiple media houses anonymously through an offline method. Mostly by way of dropping off to the guard room addressing the chief editor with Highly Sensitive marking.

Do not leave an electronic trail and do not send by courier. Drop off by hand through begger on the road or by highly camouflaging your appearance so that the CCTV footage cannot identify you personally. You may use props like beard, sun glasses and cheap clothes that you use for this operation and throw.

Even if it looks far fetched, do all this to keep yourself disconnected from the outcome. Some or the other media house may take this cognizance and expose the culprits while you sit with Pop corn watching it unfurl.

From the company perspective, if you work for 6 months and then announce that you’re pregnant and expect to be paid for 6 months for sitting at home, is it really viable for a company?

You must be at a high salary, when we talk about home workers, will you pay them 3000 rupees per month for being sick?

You should have offered to work contractually or a part time basis.

You filed a case to win 6 months free salary for 6 months of work, which is highly unethical on your part. Now they’re retaliating to ensure that you are not able to keep that money, rather you’re drained financially, emotionally and mentally.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. You should approach them and agree to not take or refund the maternity benefits which morally do not belong to you and settle the case and move on with your life. If you’re fighting for your ego, then they already have a legal team and a law firm on their payroll to keep you engaged legally for your entire life.

Cops favour people in authority all over the world. The law is tilted to favour either the rich and the influential or the poor in case of publicized cases, because the poor can gather in numbers and create a major law and order problem.

Not only in India do the police favour people with authority (for obvious reasons), even in the US, the whites get more favorable treatment as compared to other races.

I wouldn’t trust the police in any country. And after hearing that they can get away with selling impounded cars and no liability for shooting innocent people in well publicized cases, that gives me the chills. In India, the cops atleast get rounded in well publicized cases.

Speaking from my personal experience dealing with cops in several third world and first world countries.

OP, bribing cops will not guarantee that she will not be implicated. If you want cops to keep her out of the case and talk to her politely, then you have to engage an experienced criminal lawyer. There are a lot of nuances here. Do not throw caution to the wind. Police are known to take bribes and then also implicate the innocent.

Immediately hire an experienced criminal lawyer, even if he costs more than 80K, it will save a lot of hassle

Noted just India, the US federal police have instances of selling off impounded cars and personally pocketing money. Killing innocent people and getting away with it. LA police involved in drug business and flesh trade.

So policing is a dirty business, not just in India, but all over the world.

Credit card or any loans for that matter are personal liability, and cannot be transferred to any family members, unless their is an asset in lien which the family would like to retain, in which case they will have to clear the dues.

Credit cards are unsecured, so it’s your choice if you want to, you can, if you do not want to, not your problem.

Stop looking at the legal aspect of the situation.

Is she serious or looking to just hookup? If she’s serious and looking for a long term relationship and you think that she’s a good person, then there’s nothing wrong in being friends and getting to know each other. As a 20M, if you have a platonic friendship with a 17F, you’re crossing no boundaries.

If on the other hand, if she’s looking to hookup, dirty talk and sext, then steer clear of her.
