February 16, 2025 at 1:44 amTo calculate the EMI for a ₹45 lakh loan with an interest rate of 15% per annum and a tenure of 25 years, we can use the same formula:Plugging in the values, we get:
EMI ≈ ₹49,491
So, the approximate EMI for a ₹45 lakh loan with an interest rate of 15% per annum and a tenure of 25 years is ₹49,491.
Here’s a breakdown of the loan:
– Total Interest Paid: ₹1,04,14,919
– Total Amount Paid: ₹1,49,14,919 (₹45 lakh principal + ₹1,04,14,919 interest)
– Loan Tenure: 25 years (300 months)If he has salary of 70 k and manage in 20-30k … Probably give this to bank , it will also give him time. Also pay to the people to whom he owns money

February 10, 2025 at 7:36 amLol .. if she doesn’t need an experience letter which I think she won’t, just write an email with her team hr in cc and just leave.Later on hr will handle the case , negotiate with hr whatever you want to. There will be no need for your manager after she leave. You don’t need to take that much serious of any company that has 3 month resignation period. Manager is not her owner and she doesn’t need the permission of manager to leave the company.
If she doesn’t need experience letter she doesn’t need to even pay 3 month salary.
Not a lawer , just personal experience of working with such people for many years
