No employees losing employment for silly mistakes or errors they committed while doing job.
They will give warning letter and told not to any malpractice and SOP’s of the bank.

As far as compensation is concerned, u will not get more than few thousands. If u lost any money due to bank mistake, then u have to show evidence that u lost money due to bank mistake only and u will get compensation in lieu of money lost.

Make a complaint to bank or others and ask for punishment and they will take action on employee.

Move on boss.
It is my opinion, not worth the effort of serious legal drama(Of course i love legal dramas😀).

Either way, tell this community what happened next, final solution got.
