It might be a case of Othello’s syndrome. Something similar happened at my house with my father as well. Consult a psychiatrist!

Looks like she needs psychiatric help more than anything. Inform her parents that she needs intensive treatment, if they refuse, block them and drop them from your life. You cannot take upon the burden of their negligence of mental health care.
