Yes mine also scammed me. Took 1.5 Lakh rupees for me and never submitted it to court and lied and cheated. Referral again .

He can fight this draconian interest rate of 1-2% per day in court. Even feudal landlords which rape family’s daughters don’t charge this high interest rate

I was in similar situation where broker and seller were pushing me to do registry but not giving me possession. To save my peace of mind I backed out of the deal
