April 3, 2025 at 2:24 pmHe did what he could within legal means – meaning that, he couldnโt disinherit you from the ancestral property, but he could from his own wealth. Consult a lawyer, but if substantively what your father did was legal, I would leave it and avoid going after the will based on these technicalities. And overall, I would not do this – you say that you cannot hurt your parents more but dragging them to court, especially when your challenge is tentative, will only add more fuel to the fire. Also, it will likely eliminate any chance of reconciliation.I know that between this and your divorce case, your wealth has been zeroed out. I would not look back but forward at this point. Get a therapist, put your head down, and just focus on work and rebuilding yourself. You are young, both from a perspective of building your wealth again and a personal life. Look back only to learn from your mistakes (because it honestly doesnโt seem that you have accepted fully that these are consequences of what you did). Otherwise, your best option is forward.
