I don’t think anyone should pay extortion level fees for TC. Get in writing that they are actually demanding 15k INR for TC and check again if this was the fees when the student started in this class. If not, go to news people with (1) increasing TC fees after class started (without notice) and (2) just plain being assholes for charging so much as compared to nearby schools.
