The serial number on the bill has 10 digits while serial number on the box has 8 digits.

Yeah it’s different on invoice and different on Lenovo box but Amazon claim it’s the same so how will I be able to prove it’s not?

I am barely able to see serial number in video, if I compress it to under 5 mb which is allowed in Consumer Helpline, then they won’t be able to see it.
