This is the main issue with UPI. If your payments are stuck, then you can’t say surely if the money will be reversed in your account or will be credited to the beneficiary account.

I paid 2222 before installation the guy who took the money had no manners and he has no knowledge to satisfy a customer or explain anything.

though in my case installation was done fluently.and the guy who installed was a good guy and also in the end I gave him ₹50 from my side.

You should contact the Jio customer care number. Your matter will be resolved immediately.
