This is not a new thing. I have always paid as per MRP whenever they ask for a cooling charge.
Dont ask the cost just see the mrp scan the qr code n pay and dont turn around.

Next time ask them to sell it without being cold let’s see if people buy it. Also they say they have to buy a fridge for it, tell me then both cocacola and Pepsi provide you with the fridge at no cost.

It’s part of the electricity bill, he basically wants people to fund the electricity bill. Whats next? Fund his children’s school fee.
