Termination is laid off right? Why wouldn’t someone get a job later on?

Folks who were laid off from my company were paid 2 months minimum severance and found jobs outside as well.

They’re not supporting actually.

With severance pay you’ll at least get time to prepare and apply for interviews but now it’ll be difficult

Severance pay is when they fire you and they give you 2 months of pay.

But it looks like they don’t want to do that.

So they want you to resign so you can work for 2 months and the company still pays you two months salary.

Did you ask them why they didn’t fire you and instead wanted you to resign

I have a fake rental agreement with my parents. I do send them half the amount via online payments. Re-thinking my decision now.
