Do it again now till they pick it up. And keep a ss/ref no for filed complaint and if still nothing happens. File a RTI. I can understand you are frustrated rn, but things take time. Keep the logs of the no you tried and everything with you. basically keep all the proofs and keep nudging, Zero fir/mahila helpline/ngos/Rti etc etc there are many ways to get justice.
