Ask her to do whatever she wants and for safer side post a story on your social media saying account hacked and demanding money + give a written complaint regarding same in the cyber police.
Nothing gonna happen guarantee
Happened with one friend last time.

You have the option to reply to the legal notice but it is not necessary.
You can file your reply once they gonna send the matter to court. (Which they won’t preferably)
