Its subhash park Shahdara. Yeah I checked with bajaj finserv.. they said loan couldn’t be passed for these types of properties 🙁

Yeah we are negotiating and he is already offering lower value then market rates.

The mentioned property is a 4 floor flat in East Delhi, and I want to purchase 3rd floor of that flat.
