      Bro hereโ€™s what you can do : 1st step is you send a legal notice to Amazon ( note: itโ€™s not compulsory to hire a lawyer to sent a legal notice you yourself can do that. Sent it through India post mail and collect proof of post and delivery information this will be helpful as evidence to show to court that you have already sent a legal notice to opponent to solve the case ) give them 7-15 days of time to reply in the notice and write your ask for ex : replacement or compensation for the mental harassment, losses etc. if they donโ€™t reply after the said time in notice, Immediately File a Case at your district Consumer Court.ย
