Court has given legal rights to women to sleep around, but hey only occasional ha!PRather than going after the previous owner, go after the bank. It’s always easier to get court to intervene when you sue an institution rather than an individual and in your case you have some solid ground to do that.PYour parents should daft a will and get it registered and you will be fine. Although poor girl was just 16, so hopefully with time you will be able to forgive her and build good rapport with her, regardless of whatever your parents do with the property. But that’s just a third person opinion, only you would know if she has changed and deserves the forgiveness
