April 1, 2025 at 6:05 amObviously the guy is a creep but I don’t think you have enough substance to lodge a complaint at this point. Maintain your distance with him and tell him to back off point blank next time he initiates an inappropriate conversationPProsuresh930

March 26, 2025 at 1:11 pmHaha there’s a Delhi high court judgement of April 2022, which clearly said – occasional or isolated acts of adultery by a wife do not disentitle her from receiving maintenance and alimony from her husband 🙂 . Court has given legal rights to women to sleep around, but hey only occasional ha!PProsuresh930

February 26, 2025 at 4:35 amRather than going after the previous owner, go after the bank. It’s always easier to get court to intervene when you sue an institution rather than an individual and in your case you have some solid ground to do that.February 22, 2025 at 7:36 am in reply to: My grandmother sold my dad’s property without consent #50615PProsuresh930

February 18, 2025 at 11:53 amYour parents should daft a will and get it registered and you will be fine. Although poor girl was just 16, so hopefully with time you will be able to forgive her and build good rapport with her, regardless of whatever your parents do with the property. But that’s just a third person opinion, only you would know if she has changed and deserves the forgiveness -
