April 24, 2025 at 7:40 amDon’t worry ask them to proceed, your vehicle has valid insurance? Let the insurance companies deal with it. It won’t affect you. But deal with the cops smoothly and amicably but be firm on your position, let them go to court.April 4, 2025 at 10:05 am in reply to: How can I protect my daughter in case something happens to me? #21419PProsurya8042

Make sure you register it because then its permanent document will always be available in the system. Where I live it is like that don’t know about your locality.March 27, 2025 at 6:58 am in reply to: Unfair Legal Battle: Opponent Demanding โน25L (MACT) for Minor Accident โ How to Fight Back? #26939PProsurya8042

March 27, 2025 at 6:58 amDon’t worry, gather all the evidence against the petitioner as much as you can. Then proceed in court, you have to prove that it’s fraud. Then you win,PProsurya8042

March 18, 2025 at 6:20 amConsult an efficient lawyer, I don’t know what are the ground factors there but if it was me I will make 80% payment complete registration process hold the 20 % to clear at the time of party vacating the premises, 20% according to me is 2 years of rental according to my best guess. Also hold broker commission too also cleared during the clearing of last 20% amount and party vacating. So that the broker too have skin in the game. -
