Op, do not pay a single penny, unless you have defaulted any legit rent payment. Colive is just run by bunch of scammers.

I faced a similar situation. When I vacated, they would just randomly include miscellaneous charges and never return the deposit. (Sometimes these fuckall charges would be more than the deposit amounts that we would be asked to pay them lol)

I kept tagging them on twitter, mailed their CEO, asked a bunch of my friends to retweet it and I got my deposit back. Might not work for you now as they have no reputation to keep up.
