first of all, extremely sorry for your loss.

next, what injection? there are no injections that cause fluid build up in the lungs. anemia can cause it though. why was your sister anemic in the first place? she’s way too young to be anemic. were there any underlying diseases? OP pls post all info info and reports before going down this route as it might lead to mental stress if you’re not in the right.
