4 months is a long time. Better reach out to state bar rather than the mediator advocate

            So there are two options

Proceed with complain against online legal services

            Or

Proceed to complain against the lawyer with the Bar Council

Ideally it should be against Online Legal Services since they have taken money and not the lawyer directly.

So there is no such time limit as for the rectification deed

Also if the party to the agreement doesnโ€™t agree to such rectification of the executed documents, you may file a suit under Section 26 of the Specific Relief Act 1963. The court can direct the rectification of an instrument if it is satisfied that the deed does not express the real intention of the parties.

Get a legal notice issued to the previous owner asking him to be party to a RECTIFICATION DEED which needs to be presented to the sub registrar else it will be considered malice on his part while completing their sale deed.

As to the time limit give me some time will let you know what does the limitation act says because 20 years is a long time

Sir you can get a lawyer to issue a notice to the school on your behalf to have a memorandum of settlement signed stating they will release the LC on the condition that you will be paying the fees in a agreed time period. but do keep in mind failure to repay the fees might have consequences because everything will be on paper agreed and signed by you and the school.

You can get a legal notice issued over email and via postal service firstly mostly cases like this get resolved after a legal notice but if they continue to behave the way they are behaving then consumer complaint

It is certainly unethical practice and violates Consumer Right as under consumer protection act 2019. You may if you want to pursue this can get a notice issued on email through lawyer and theyโ€™ll most likely refund your money

Visit sub registrar office of your jurisdiction and submit an application to obtain certified copy of the agreement and after fulfilling necessary paperwork youโ€™ll receive certified copy of the agreement.

RTI could help but I doubt that too would require certain particulars about the said land
