Op you are either noob or over smart .
Simple thing is someone used your phone number to order stuff by using simpl account .You can simply check the address , if it’s your friend’s , ask him to pay for his mishaps. It’s not something that you took from a friend and later delaying to pay. It is a loan and you or whoever used it are liable to pay for it .
Because ultimately ,it will hamper you ,Since the account was created under your number and under KYC norms , your details are fetched. lending companies are not fool to give loans or credits without pan check , so either you are lying about pan or your scamster friend might have added someone else’s details for pan check .Whoever’s pancard is used , once he /she got to know , they will lodge a complaint about misuse of their data and it will lead to legal mess.
In the end , number is yours ,account is yours , those ‘Rahne de yaar’ asshole friend is yours .So it is going to be you who will suffer the issues if no payment is made towards the exiting dues and interest will pile up soon .
