Doesn’t this just prove that they are basically just using a loophole from our Constitution which says that the Judiciary works independently and separately from the Executive and Legislature?

Meaning those who create the laws (L) and those who implement the laws (E) cannot look into the work (in this case, crimes) of those who ensure laws are applied fairly (J).

Clear violation of ethics and trust, but I’m guessing they’re protected by that?
