      Sir… Lol I’m not that old though but fine I guess. Yeah don’t worry too much about it and just stay calm maybe listen to some songs or watch some movies to take your mind off it and just relax.

        Stay calm and stick to the facts. Don’t give any roundabout answers and be polite and respectful to the officers. Also remember you do have the right to remain silent in case you don’t want to answer the questions.

          First thing to do is stay calm if you stutter or something before they might suspect you. Answer all the questions they ask honestly as you are a potential witness don’t try to cover up for anyone not even your friends tell the police how it happened and that you don’t have any involvement.
          It might be good to get help from a lawyer just in case. Also don’t get ***Don’t get guilt Tripped by your friends*** most important they will likely tell you to lie or something do not listen to them.

              Blocking is a good immediate method,

              The second is reporting it directly to the platform you mentioned if you have access to the message or the channel your number is being shared into they can take action against the user or the channel.

              And third is reporting to the cyber security helpline you can file a complaint online too But you’ll probably need some proof so save the screenshots of the messages you are getting. If you are feeling scared reach out to your family members or friends don’t just keep it to yourself.

                Maybe if you are in a eu country(not including France and Italy) it might be better
                As The police or the people in general just are good.

                But yeah if this happens to you in india it’s pretty hard to get out of this rabbit hole only a good lawyer might be able to save you. Keyword might.

                    The situation described in the Reddit post is a complex one with significant legal implications, especially in the context of Indian family law. While I cannot provide legal advice, I can offer some general information about potential legal avenues the person might explore.
                    Understanding the Legal Framework in India
                    In India, matters concerning child custody and visitation rights are primarily governed by the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 and the Hindu Minority and Guardianship Act, 1956 (if the parties are Hindu). The welfare of the child is the paramount consideration in any custody decision.
                    Potential Legal Avenues
                    Based on the information provided, here are some potential legal steps the person could consider:
                    * Filing a Habeas Corpus Petition:
                    * This is a powerful legal remedy that can be used to seek the production of a person (in this case, the child) who is believed to be illegally detained.
                    * The person can argue that the wife taking the child away without informing him and denying him access constitutes illegal detention.
                    * The court can order the wife to produce the child and determine the legality of the child’s custody.
                    * Filing a Guardianship Petition:
                    * Under the Guardians and Wards Act, the person can file a petition seeking custody or guardianship of the child.
                    * The court will consider various factors, including the child’s wishes (if old enough), the parents’ financial stability, their ability to provide a stable environment, and the child’s overall well-being.
                    * The court may grant custody to one parent or order joint custody.
                    * Filing for Visitation Rights:
                    * Even if the person doesn’t seek full custody, he can file a petition seeking visitation rights.
                    * The court can grant visitation rights to ensure that the child maintains contact with both parents.
                    * Mediation and Counseling:
                    * Before resorting to litigation, the person could explore mediation or counseling with his wife.
                    * This can help them resolve their differences amicably and reach a mutually agreeable solution regarding the child’s custody and visitation.
                    * Filing a Complaint with the Child Welfare Committee (CWC):
                    * If there are concerns about the child’s safety or well-being in the mother’s custody, the person can file a complaint with the CWC.
                    * The CWC can investigate the matter and take appropriate action to protect the child’s interests.
                    Important Considerations
                    * Best Interests of the Child: The court’s primary concern will be the best interests of the child. This includes the child’s physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.
                    * No Automatic Preference for Mother: While there was a traditional preference for mothers in custody cases involving young children, the law has evolved. Courts now consider the capabilities of both parents.
                    * Evidence: The person needs to gather evidence to support his claims, such as communication records, witness statements, and any other relevant documentation.
                    * Legal Representation: It is crucial to seek legal advice from an experienced family lawyer who can guide the person through the legal process and represent his interests effectively.
                    Disclaimer: I am an AI and cannot provide legal advice. The information provided above is for general knowledge purposes only. It is essential to consult with a qualified lawyer in India for advice tailored to the specific situation.
                    It is important to note that the comment in the Reddit thread stating “unfortunately in such cases men have no legal standing” is not accurate. Men have equal rights under Indian law to seek custody and visitation of their children. The outcome of a case depends on the specific facts and circumstances, and the court’s assessment of the child’s best interests.

                      Just withdraw all of the money using upi (I think the limit is 1lakh per day or 50k depending on the Bank)and then close the accounts after you have withdrawn the amount and tell your tenants to pay rent on diff accounts.even if they freeze your dad’s account your mom can get the money as she’s the nominee and The money won’t go anywhere. Your mom’s friend has half knowledge that’s what it is.

                        Bro I literally said I used google search and this is the answer I got and I clearly had also mentioned the maintenance clause 2007 . Maybe you need to learn how to read first before saying to people they are talking in the air.

                        And you did a lot of work just copy pasting a link of a previous case lol just cause one case ended up that way doesn’t mean all cases will all of them have different scenarios and conditions.

                          If she has transferred the property to your name already legally she can’t take it away from you unless there was some condition like this.
                          * Maintenance of Parents: Under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, if the transfer was made with the condition that the transferee would maintain the transferor, and this condition is not fulfilled, the transfer can be declared void.

                          It’s most probably something she said in frustration and probably won’t go through so don’t do anything stupid the best way is to making her understand and trying to calm her down just the fact that she put the property under your name shows that she does trust you so don’t break that trust.

                          I’m not a lawyer or something just some google search and gemini.

                            It’s not even biased it’s the truth. Just a few days ago I read the news where a guy found cash and wanted to be a good citizen he went to a police station to submit it but instead they pressed fake charges against him and put him in jail.
