I am not a lawyer but there must be some provision of judicial separation due to marital rape. At least her family members should start the process or maybe do an FIR for rape at least. 6 months of marriage will pass on, then divorce filing can be done.

Wtf!! This is such traumatizing. Definitely take divorce as well as alimony in this case and moreover this immature boy should be behind bars.
