      First check did you opt in for sweep in facility? That will automatically create an FD if the balance in your savings account is more than certain limit. Check if you or anyone else have opted in for that facility. I assume that this is not the case as you’ve already checked with the manager he would have told you so if you’ve opted in it. Mail SBI customer care with these details cc’ing your branch manager and wait for their reply. If the reply is not satisfactory then file a complaint with Grievance officer in SBI and even after a unsatisfactory resolution then file a case with Ombudsman as a last retort.

        Understood! I just wanna make sure that they call me for a meaningful investigation and not for forcing me into settle for large lump sumps which I can’t afford

          Hi thanks for the reply. So I am also looking for taking the anticipatory bail but can I request the police to provide a written request? Having a written request is having a proof that I’ve attended

            Thanks for reply! Even I am planning for anticipatory bail, but before i get it can I reject going to PS unless a written notice given? Or can they really call me to PS with a single 41A CrPC notice? What are my rights here?
