Our justice system is still based on colonial dna. Which was designed to keep the judicial system and govt safe and not for welfare of society.
As they just wanted the public to believe that justice will be served and keep waiting for it rather than taking action on their own.
Unfortunately this was not changed once India got independence. Hence you can’t question judge or judicial system.
