May 4, 2025 at 6:23 amWhy the fk did you quit your job? And why did you even thought to max out your CCs to be a partner of a business without having any legal documentation ( even if you had documentation; still this would be a dumb move )It’s so easy to scam if people are such gullible nowadays

May 2, 2025 at 12:20 pmThen the scenario is not as bad as I thought it was. Still I’d say to make the seller know that you are very very concerned about the non approval of Map part, use it to your advantage to reduce price. Also try some NBFCs instead of banks which maybe can give you loan and even help you with legal procedures. But in the end the building can be declared unauthorized any day, so you should be ready to pay fines and to feed them if you have to, worst case is the building will get demolished but that’s unlikely. At this point you should really ask for 20-30% discount from market rate atleastMay 2, 2025 at 11:44 am in reply to: Buy Property Without Map Approval in Delhi – Need Loan & Advice #4228RRajivninja714

May 2, 2025 at 11:44 amWhy are you thinking to buy a Property whose map is not even approved? Just to let you know that entire construction could take easily 7-8 years if the builder is half as competent which he would have been told you he was. April 29, 2025 at 11:56 amOP IT IS 100% of your responsibility to pay, the only ground you got here is you saying that it was misplaced ( I would give you the Benefit of doubt about that ), but that doesn’t change the fact that it was YOU who broke the glass ( who cares if it was an accident or not ), and secondly your 20% portion replacement doesn’t make any sense to me coz it is the whole glass which will get replaced and not 20%. You should negotiate on the price instead of negotiating to not pay a pennyRRajivninja714

April 22, 2025 at 2:41 amNAL – I’d say engage a lawyer and press charges against them, you should have already taken legal action by now; but anyways it isnt too late now. And I don’t think forex part would stay that relevant coz this is a case of Fraud/Deceit so a good lawyer can probably prove in court that the money was taken with malicious intent and your father was ill informed of its use ( and even signatures of your father was taken in same manner ). DO NOT TRY TO TALK IT OUT coz you already lost to this scam when you said someone promised you 12-15% Monthly returns.RRajivninja714
