Try filing a complaint on CPGRAMS. My friend’s phone developed a green line issue after a software update, but the service center refused a free replacement due to a minor scratch on the frame. However, after persistent complaints on CPGRAMS, continuous follow-ups with the company, and a consumer case threat, they eventually replaced the screen free of cost. This happened after warranty period

Generally, the Big 4 firms conduct background checks and request previous salary slips, experience certificates, and other relevant documents. If caught you will be blacklisted by the company for sure.

As a CA Article think you can fight with Assessing Officer and prove the transaction’s nature
