Your uncle will probably only get the amount in the proportion in which he paid the money. If he had paid 10%, then he will get 10% of the total amount only.. assuming you have all the valid documents to prove how much your father and your uncle paid.RIf the police is not taking cognizance of the matter, file a private complaint with the magistrate to direct the police to file FIR. Also file a case in RERA for refund with interest and compensation.
