RWhat about the harassment from the manager saying “he will come to their house”. That definitely counts as a crime, especially if he said it to an underage girl.RAre such veiled threats covered under POSCO? Someone threatening to come to the house of a minor seems pretty serious to me. Im not sure if POSCO covers such implications of assault, but either way this is at the very least harassment of a minorROver here the owner may be at fault for essentially being absent forever and not paying property taxesRYeah, but what’s the alternative? That old woman could be some scammer, she can’t produce any documents to prove that she’s the rightful owner of the property either.
Based on what is known so far, OPs family might have a greater claim to it than her.
RThat’s a good point. I initially thought that OP shouldn’t be legally entitled to anything, since bankruptcy technically freezes all claims against Go Air. It is a bit more gray when OP buys tickets from MMT for a Go Air flight though.But the fact that this was a whole holiday package makes me think that MMT should be responsible for either a refund or provide some alternate flight
