Also request AGM details from society for these charges and tell the owner that you are gonna bear these charges if applicable as he’s the one not agreeing for a 3 yr contract. If nothing is happening, leave, no sense staying in a society like that.RThis is incorrect, finding good and reliable tenants is a pain plus the owner also has to pay the broker again.
