Yes they are both, older and living for a long time. I think they want people to live by their rules and don’t want to listen to any requests as such. But yes thank you for your advise, it really helps a lot. I think I will have to butter up some people and ignore those arrogant ones

I don’t think every owner has parking space. The problem is that they are not ready to give the parking space even if it is available in plenty

No there is no parking space alloted. They can allot it because there are many vacant spaces there but they have the ego of not doing it
