Bhang is not toffee, it’s a paste of marijuana leaves rolled up as ball to be easily dissolved in any sort of liquid for consumption but the marijuana used is heavily monitored by government,these leaves have very low thc content compared to the good marijuana which has a illegal market of its own.The legal toffee thing your thinking off is not legal in India, those have pure thc oil, used internationally for medical purposes like pain relief,mental health etc but not in India.

48?? That’s sus.. for individual 48 is lot.. they don’t last for long even if kept frozen. Are you reselling? Idk but maybe theres something to do with allowed weight for personal use.
