It seems more like a scam to me as you said there are more than 500 cases against the agency already. April 6, 2025 at 3:23 amYes. I’ve received compensation from banks after escalating the issue to Banking Ombudsman. However, those are completely different issues and nowhere related to PMSBY. I am not sure whether they actually forged it or not but I certainly never gave my consent for the enrollment. April 5, 2025 at 3:20 pmThat is what I’m worrying about. They may tamper documents and frame their reply to BO in a way that favors them. I’ve filed the complaint to RBI today. April 5, 2025 at 12:48 pmYes. I’ve already filed it. I am just surprised that the bank (branch head actually) had the audacity to accuse me of blackmailing and that too via official email. -
