I think you got it wrong I AM the culprit here, it was my mistake for chalan as I took bike out without helmet but that was back in 2023, after which I sold the bike to scraps and since there’s no number registered I never got to know that I have chalan. I went to the RTO office 2 times but they are being lazy and telling to come a day after and one guy there told me ki “aare aab choor dijia aab kuch nahi hoga kuch din baad khud cancel ho jaiga” I don’t know who he was or how right he is but I am confused as hell now.
