Say this information is only known to you. Knowing that bungalow is not yours, you havenāt paid, you havenāt earned it, would it be ethical for you to occupy someone elseās property?The relative wasnāt present to care for that old lady, no doubt. The relative may be a vulture too. But that doesnāt change the ethics of a person in OPās situation. If the old lady wanted, she could have willed the property in OPās familyās name. But she didnāt for unknown reasons. It doesnāt make OPās claim legitimate.Ā

It is your colleague’s responsibility to submit accurate document and only your colleague is accountable for mistakes in his claims. If tomorrow you show HR an agreement (you faked) that shows his salary will be transferred to your bank account, will the company blindly follow without asking your colleague?

Is that the reason your interaction with OF has been unhelpful?What if you complain using a throwaway account on X/Twitter tagging OF about abuse and link the post with an update here, so that more people can support you? Donāt reveal the OF account details or your personal information in that X post visible to public.Ā
RIs she doing this with other people as well? Did you reach out to other people whose photos she misused, if she did this with others?Is it like a spam OF account that links to hundreds of models? Or is it a targeted account that shares only your pictures?
