They’ve just typed a non-enforceable bullshit contract to wipe their asses with.Solution: Get out of there, look for something better. If the job exposure is good and you’re learning a lot, then stay there for 3 months and get a LOT while leaving.

March 26, 2025 at 1:21 pmNALIf you haven’t signed a contract (which generally are worth smack), there is nothing you can do.
In your case, initiating legal proceedings would mean enforcing a legal contract, that you most likely don’t have or even if you do, it isn’t worth the paper it was printed on.
And why would anyone promise you a stipend on your first day? Doesn’t make sense.
