I am not sure if it is a good idea, but you can try reaching out to his father with all the proofs. Most lawyers do very well financially, so this amount should not be a big deal for him. If he ignores you or doesn’t take you seriously, then lawyer up and send a legal notice. You have done nothing wrong, there is no reason for you to be scared of, just because he is a lawyer’s son.
