Their modus operandi
– the technician who visits purposefully damages the electronics (by shorting) during the first visit and say the part is covered under AMC free replacement
– they say stock out of the particular component and ask us to wait for a week
– after one week they call and say part is not covered under AMC the customer needs to pay for the replacement only visiting charges are covered under AMC
– asks you to pay for the intentionally damaged board even though one has AMC
– The sad part is those service providers are a third party vendor Eureka Forbes raises their hands when the issue is escalated
