RBy Security concerns I meant I had to made my wife and small kid went back in uber cab alone because it’s getting dark who is going to take their responsibility.
Also if the car would have been broke down in middle of road rather than on dhaba , that it would have been completely mess situation and life threatening.
RAlso their RSA promised time is 90mins when i had my ticketed opened in middle of road but there was no way to reach them other than the toll free who simply told me everytime that day wait for more 5-10 minsRThe car is in warranty period it is just 6 months old they have to fix it for free.
2 Concerns
* First how to trust them that it will not happen again it is security issue
* Second is surely where is the gap in their RSA ticketing system they really are blank who is it is assigned to and what is the current status of itI would be able to get help after 8 hours only after getting the numbers of Area Manager of Tata Motors otherwise it would have been more worse.
