****Illegal advice****

1) Should have beat up the driver black and blue
2) When the owner said he wouldn’t pay, sieze rhe vehicle and sell it. Take your expenses and rest return to the driver for his settlement.

This is unfortunate to resort to these tactics, but that’s how i see things being done fast.
