RIf you’re that weak, then there is no help.There are countless things that can happen in life that are worse than getting heartbroken in your early twenties. Plus, it’s literally just 1 girl. There are tons of girls around who are compatible with you and better than the one you are so depressed about.
You seriously have to grow up, man cause life will throw worse at you than this surely and if you’re in such a state now then how do you plan on the future? You can’t let a random girl decide you’re a loser.
If you’re feeling depressed, try talking to your parents if they’re cool or a friend, or even a counsellor.
Plus, it’s all in the past. If you focus on the future or even live in the present, this will soon all be a distant memory anyway.
