From what I read online, the legal notice and following through with it will take a long time, and the cost will be > the 37k at stake here. Is this something I can do online/ self- represent? (I’ve self-represented before in US during an employment dispute).

Agree that this is not the right way, the easy way out is to just forget about it and move on. But part of me feels we common folks don’t stand up to these bullies, and it keeps happening. Same as how shiv sena goons can come and smash a comedy club or movie theater, and we movie goers just stand and watch
