Rreal, i really hate the level of vagueness indian laws have, it gives a huge leverage for things otherwise should be outright illegalRall I’m saying is that legally, in a situation like OP’s, for a woman it would financially be more advantageous to divorce in india and for men it would not, now if the woman is looking for money or not is of no concern because it’s a fact that women have it legally better in india than men, one really good example is that the legal system doesn’t even recognise that males can be raped, they only recognise female rape, and male rape is actually not that much rarer than female rape so if lets say a 18 yr old boy were to be raped by spiking he legally can’t do anything.Rdude if she met you in pizza hut, wtf can she do? there’s security cameras at the location im sure which any lawyer would be able to use to show to the judge and prove that you didn’t request her services at any moment during that particular meet, you got played by your own mindset and lack there of knowledge
