I would file a FIR for such serious injuries. But our court systems are not fast. But as injured person u don’t need to go daily. If u can hire a lawyer then pursue it.

I doubt the 1k person will read well or make good notes or look up relevant cases unless jobless and desperate! Whichba good lawyer would not be. Most are busy

Go with mom to your area MP office, with letter, if they give note on letter will get done. During meet public, won’t charge
