Good luck.S* how old are the daugthers? ask ur uncle to get a job, need to stop crying and pull up socks; at times need tough love;* get him a councellor for a few months and pychiatrist to get a few anti depressants. i’m not ashamed to say that civil cases with my family, leaving my home city Blr and friends moving as my father in law not well; getting lazy during covid; putting on weight when i was already fat; has made me depressed and getting help has been a boon. So hope you and your family get the help and fight too!
* go to a good lawyer firm who charge 2-3 lakhs and 2-3 thousand per hearing the wont be magical but less prone to corruption? or if u have a relative/ or someone referred by a friend, though i have seen if they get busy with good paying jobs then they take less interest, in the end we all work for money, i only work (as a software engr of 20 years exper) for 2.5 lakhs a month. lawyers want more if they are good and have experience. now u can scream “fleecing”; “scam”, “cheating”; i call it basic quality, rate, get what u pay for. there are other honest lawyers who take 20-30k to start of with and 1k per hearing, i have one though he has too many cases and is not too good, and wont do anything extra!
