There should be an Iris or Optic scan provision from Aadhar also afaik

If you are not even able to get iris scan then some affidavit being signed by the bank authority should also work. But some bank employees are unaware abd yiu have to sorta escalate things

Afaik, adverse possession takes atleast a decade to kick in and that too the resident has to keep making claim on the land/property. If OP sends an eviction notice and maintains claim of the land/property before 10 years, adverse possession sgould not apply
